Hilary's Hummus

I let some friends try my homemade hummus at work yesterday, and they were wowed!  They were so wowed that they convinced me to bring some more in today!  This recipe is not exact because I don't measure when I make it, but here is my best guess:

2 cups chick peas (canned is fine)
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter (traditional hummus uses tahini, but it's too expensive for my tastes)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
water
optional seasoning: cumin, fresh parsley or Za'tar spice (recipe here or you can buy it premade)

Put everything expect the water in the food processor.  Add water or oil as needed, process until smooth and the desired texture.
