Here's my version:
8 ounces whole wheat pasta (I used fettuccine)
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
1 Tablespoon minced garlic from the jar (I'm lazy folks)
1/2 onion, diced
6 ounces sliced mushrooms
salt, pepper, basil, oregano
Boil pasta until it is slightly firm. While that's happening, saute onion, garlic and mushrooms. When things are good and sauted, add the spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Let this cook for a minute and then add the pasta. Stir to completely. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes on medium-low heat. Makes about 2 good-sized servings.
